Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.

The best performers of the session on the were Zealand Pharma A/S (CSE:), which rose 3.62% or 30.00 points to trade at 858.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Demant A/S (CSE:) added 2.07% or 5.80 points to end at 286.20 and Rockwool International B (CSE:) was up 1.81% or 50.00 points to 2,808.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Oersted AS (CSE:), which fell 1.87% or 7.90 points to trade at 414.50 at the close. Carlsberg A/S B (CSE:) declined 1.41% or 11.00 points to end at 769.60 and AP Moeller – Maersk A/S B (CSE:) was down 1.20% or 116.00 points to 9,582.00.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 67 to 66 and 21 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for October delivery was up 0.40% or 0.27 to $67.94 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in November rose 0.11% or 0.08 to hit $71.14 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.02% or 0.40 to trade at $2,524.20 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.46% to 6.76, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.01% to 7.46.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.44% at 101.59.
