Principal Financial Group (PFG) has named its current CFO, Deanna Strable, as its COO.
Iridium Communications (IRDM) said its CFO, Thomas Fitzpatrick, is planning to retire at year-end. The firm has named Vincent O’Neill as its new finance chief.
AYRO (AYRO) has appointed Joseph Ramelli as AYRO’s new CFO and Gilbert Villarreal as President of AYRO’s operating subsidiary.
Dentsply Sirona (XRAY) said its finance chief and executive vice president, Glenn Coleman, will resign effective Nov. 7.
Wabash (WNC) has announced the appointment of Patrick Keslin as CFO and senior vice president.
Guess? (GES) said it has appointed Dennis Secor as its interim finance chief, effective Aug. 26.
Argan (AGX) said CFO Richard Deily will retire, effective Sept. 15, and the engineering and construction company has appointed Josh Baugher a successor.
