- The acquisition was funded through a combination of the company’s previously announced lending facility with the Bank of Montreal and the issuance of promissory notes to the vendors totaling C$0.45 million.
- These promissory notes are scheduled to be repaid five years from the closing date of the deal.
- Rumbu has retained most of the current staff at RD Funeral Chapel and will continue to operate the funeral home and its associated business.
